Application and Rental Requirements

APPLICATION & RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Dear Prospective Resident,

Thank you for your interest in our property. To help ensure a smooth and transparent application process, please review the following guidelines:

Application & Leasing Criteria:

• Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of $65 is required for this rental.  The fee is captured in 2 parts. The first fee is captured during application submittal ($25), and second fee is captured during applicant screening ($39.99). 

• (2) Individual Applications: All occupants aged 18 and older must complete a separate rental application and screening.

• Administrative Fee: A $125 administrative fee is due at lease signing.
   

Animal Screening:

Animal screening will be a required part of our rental process. While this process is currently being finalized, all applicants will be expected to complete an animal screening step—regardless of pet ownership—once it becomes available.

After your initial application documentation has been submitted, we will provide you with the appropriate animal screening details and site information via email once available. Any application without a completed pet screening is considered incomplete.
 

This step is designed to support transparency and mutual understanding regarding pet-related policies. If you have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to contact us.

*  After payment is made, the application will be delivered within 1 business day to the email address provided at the time of payment. Be sure to check that email for further instructions. (Reminder; Each applicant 18 or older is required to complete a separate application and screening).
