Our Commitment

At QUAD M Management and Business Solutions LLC, we like to be upfront and share with our potential renters what criteria we look at when considering renters.  See the screening criteria below to see if any of the areas below are negative areas for you.  If you have no concerns in any of the areas below, please complete the application & screening process. 

Residential Screening

We’re glad you’re considering one of our properties as your next home. To ensure a consistent and fair application process for all prospective residents, we have established screening criteria that must be met in order to qualify for tenancy. These standards help us uphold the integrity and quality of our rental communities. We encourage you to review the following information carefully before submitting your application. By applying, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the screening guidelines outlined below.   


Rental Criteria 

  • Credit score of 550 or higher (if score is lower, this does not disqualify you)
  • Steady employment or other acceptable source of regular income for 2+ years
  • Gross monthly income at least 3 times the monthly rental rate
  • Positive landlord references
  • Current rental history
  • Past rental history 
  • No evictions 
  • No felonies in last 10 years (if more recent occurrence this does not disqualify you)
  • Available cash for security deposit and first month’s rent
  • Pets allowed - (no aggressive breeds allowed), decision is based on an per property basis and pet screening analysis. If approved, non-refundable pet fee and montly pet rent is required.  

*Note: some tenants not meeting outlined criteria may have to provide:

  • Evidence of responsible character ... i.e. reference letters, etc.
